SAK’D is a narrative driven puzzle platformer metroidvania rpg currently in development. I wrote and designed the original game and worked on a sequel 2.5D title for about 3 years with the help of 26 volunteers, and since the pandemic set in, I have been working on the 2D cartoon-styled prequel with a team of fellow artists and developers. We’re getting closer to a completed demo and Kickstarter launch every day.

Elvermýr : The Game

Now In Development

Join the elf warrior Areya on an incredible adventure in a medieval fantasy world full of danger, intrigue and creatures beyond imagination. This game will contain prequel events and beautiful tie-ins with SAK’D and SAK’D: The Rise of Maniakal.

Want to help me get this and other awesome games published? Check out my current project SAK’D, and back the Kickstarter campaign when it launches in September, 2022. With the success of the SAK’D crowdfunding campaign, we’ll be able to publish our first major title as soon as Q3:2023, and then get right back to work on the sequel to SAK’D, and other parts of the world, like Elvermýr!

What I Do in Game Design

  • Game Concept & Ideation – Turn ideas into playable core loop proposals.

  • Narrative & World-Building – Lore, story arcs, character backstory, environmental storytelling.

  • Mechanics & Systems Design – Level structure, progression, balancing, playtesting.

  • Game Design Documentation – GDDs, flowcharts, prototypes, sketches.

  • Collaboration & Pitching – If you have a concept, I can help co-design or provide direction and visuals to get it started.

I’ve been writing and designing game ideas for 30+ years. Some exist purely on paper, some are partially built. I welcome collaboration on current and future game concepts.
